Memorial Hospital Family Clinic To Conduct Sports Physicals

Memorial Hospital Family Clinic will conduct sports physicals for the upcoming sports seasons.

The clinic, located at 3000 College Drive in Rock Springs, will conduct sports physicals from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on July 27^th and again from 10 a.m. to noon on July 31^st.

Each physical will be $25. Physical forms will be available at the office.
