Five Rock Springs Men Arrested On Drug Charges

Five men were arrested in Rock Springs as part of multiple drug suppression operations conducted Wednesday evening.

According to a release from the Rock Springs Police Department, a search warrant was executed at 420 ½ Soulsby Street after information was obtained indicating illegal drug activity was taking place there.

Police say several people were at the location and three men were arrested for drug related charges.

  • Nathan Wilkie, 22 of Rock Springs was arrested for alleged Use of Controlled Substances- Marijuana, Opiates, and Methamphetamine.
  • Jeffery Winner, 34 of Rock Springs, was arrested for alleged Possession of Controlled Substances- Marijuana and Methamphetamine.
  • Justin Jones, 28 of Rock Springs, was arrested for alleged Possession of Controlled Substances-Marijuana and Methamphetamine.

In a separate drug suppression operation, two Rock Springs men were arrested after an investigation indicated they were involved in distribution of methamphetamine.

  • Neil Patrick Gilbert, 40, was arrested for alleged Delivery of Methamphetamine, Conspiracy to Deliver Methamphetamine, and Possession of felony amounts of Methamphetamine.
  • Travis Lynd Kilpack, 25, of Rock Springs was arrested for alleged suspicion of Delivery of Methamphetamine, Conspiracy to Deliver Methamphetamine, and Possession of felony amounts of Methamphetamine.

All were incarcerated at the Sweetwater County Detention Facility.
