Head coaches for University of Wyoming basketball traveled to Rock Springs on Tuesday to meet with fans in Sweetwater County.
The free event was held at Broadway Theater and was put on by the Cowboy Joe Club and sponsored by Infinity Power and Controls.
People were provided the opportunity to meet with the new men’s coach, Allen Edwards, and the women’s coach Joe Legerski. Each coach spoke to the crowd during the event.
For Coach Legerski, the trip was a familiar one. Legerski grew up in Rock Springs and still has family and friends in the area.
Legerski spoke with old friends and some new ones, discussing his coaching style, the team, what to expect in the coming season, and even reminiscing on some of the old times in Rock Springs.
