A Rock Springs man received multiple citations, including driving under the influence, after a one-vehicle rollover crash in Rock Springs this weekend.
According to a release from Rock Springs Police, the crash happened near 9th Street and Pilot Butte Avenue shortly before 3:30 p.m. Saturday.
An investigation found that 20-year-old Kenneth Hallmark was driving when he failed to negotiate a curve, striking the guardrail and rolling the vehicle.
Hallmark was cited for Driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to maintain lane and failure to maintain liability insurance.
Hallmark and his female passenger were taken to Memorial hospital to Sweetwater County for treatment of their injuries.
Alcohol is being investigated as a factor in the crash.
