A cake decorating class will be held at the Rock Springs Library , 400 C Street, at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 16.
The class, taught by Erica East from Sweet and Savory Creations, will focus on cake images.
“A cake image just a printed design that can be placed on an edible project,” East said.
This is the second cake decorating class taught by East at the library. “Along with my cupcake class that I recently taught, my goal with these classes is teach some very simple tips and tricks for people interested in making their own cakes or cupcakes for special events,” East said.
East will teach those in attendance about edible and printed images for both cakes and cupcakes. She will talk about where to get these images, how to place them on your cake, and how to embellish around them.
