Six people were arrested following a brief warrants-sweep through Green River and Rock Springs on Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning, according to a release from the Sweetwater County Sheriff’s Office.
According to Sheriff Mike Lowell, detectives assigned to the Sheriff’s Narcotics and Arrest Group (SNAAG) reported the following arrests:
- Stephen Paul Workman, 55, of Reliance, who is charged with 5 separate counts of delivery of methamphetamine;
- Brandon Ray Isaacson, 34, of Rock Springs, who is charged with probation violation on an original charge of felony-grade possession of methamphetamine;
- John Adam Kotusky, 26, of Green River, who is charged with 3 counts of conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine and/or heroin;
- Luis Javier Hernandez, 28, of Utah, who is charged with delivery of methamphetamine;
- Jeremy Thomas Hall, 21, of Green River, who is charged with 3 counts of delivery of methamphetamine and/or heroin and 3 counts of conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine and/or heroin; and,
- Shadee Lee Gardner, 25, of Green River, who is charged with interference with a peace officer and other traffic offenses.
An undisclosed amount of methamphetamine was also seized during the operation.
In Wyoming, delivery of a controlled substance and conspiracy (or attempt) to deliver a controlled substance both carry a maximum possible penalty of imprisonment for not more than 20 years, a $25,000 fine, or both.
