WyoRadio will be giving listeners a chance to win 15 turkeys from Smith’s in Rock Springs, a chance to win $100 a week, and a grand prize of $500 in cash from WyoRadio.

RULES AND REGULATIONS: 

  1. This promotion is open to all listeners who are legal US residents, 18 years of age or older.
  2. There is no entry fee charged to participate.
  3. The WyoRadio “Holiday Turkey/Cash Giveaway” will give away 15 turkeys from Smiths in Rock Springs, three (3) $100 cash prizes, and a $500 cash Grand Prize.
  4. People may register at any WyoRadio website, 96KQSW.com, 99KSIT.com, 106KMRZ.com, or 1360KRKK.com.
  5. Only one registration per person is allowed.
  6. Starting November 7, 2022, WyoRadio will announce daily (Monday – Thursday) turkey winners from all entries received. Winners will be notified via the information submitted on their entry form.
  7. Turkey winners will redeem their prize at the Rock Springs Smith’s location, 2531 Foothill Boulevard.
  8. Turkey winners are eligible for the Friday drawing of a $100 cash prize. One drawing will take place on November 11, November 18, and November 25. Winners will redeem the prize at the WyoRadio studios, 2717 Yellowstone Road, Rock Springs, Wyoming, during regular Monday-Friday business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
  9. The Grand Prize Drawing will take place on Monday, November 27, 2022.
  10. All those with a valid entry are eligible to win the Grand Prize, including all previous “Holiday Turkey Cash Giveaway” turkeys and $100 cash winners.
  11. The winner will be announced on WyoRadio stations and posted on the WyoRadio Facebook page, www.Facebook/WyoRadio.
  12. All winners redeeming prizes must have a valid picture ID to redeem any prize won.
  13. There is no prize substitution.
  14. A winner will forfeit any prize not claimed within 30 days of winning.
  15. If a prize is not claimed, no alternate winner will be selected, and the prize(s) will become the property of WyoRadio.
  16. Winners are responsible for all taxes due from the prize won. An IRS Form W-9 with the winner’s full Social Security number will be issued with any prize won valued at over $600.00. Failure to submit a complete W-9 will result in forfeiture of the prize.
  17. By participating in this WyoRadio promotion, the winner(s) agree to have their name, voice, and likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to the “Holiday Turkey Cash Call” without further compensation.
  18. Decisions by WyoRadio management with respect to this promotion are final.
  19. WyoRadio reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify this promotion as it deems necessary if it is not capable of completion as planned.
  20. WyoRadio reserves the right to make changes in the rules of this promotion, including, without limitation, the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement.
  21. WyoRadio, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process. Failure to comply with these rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification and/or forfeiture of any prizes.
  22. Employees of WyoRadio and their immediate families or households, its licensee, participating sponsors, and their employees are not eligible to participate.
